The Impact of Organisational Inclusion Yesterday’s National Inclusion Week panel at the Co-op HQ in Manchester spotlighted the critical importance of inclusion in today’s business landscape. We were honoured to have Heidi Knowles, our HR Director, join esteemed panellists from the Co-op and Britvic/Fruit Shoot, led by DIAL Global, to discuss forward-thinking inclusion strategies in HR and partnerships. The discussion highlighted the necessity of measurable and sustainable inclusion efforts in talent acquisition and development, and the significance of inclusion being the golden thread in forming People, ESG and key business strategies, enabling all areas of business, including suppliers and partners, to support efforts in shaping inclusion. “It was great to hear from so many passionate individuals who drive important outcomes in this space, it is nothing short of amazing to see what can be achieved when people are willing to stand for what’s important. Some key highlights were hearing about the Co-op initiatives enabling businesses with a heartbeat of inclusion to receive opportunities to build their brands. Also, learning about the Red Bull and Co-op initiative to provide opportunities to smaller businesses - Red Bull really does give people wings!” Thank you to Leila McKenzie-Delis 💃🏻 , Claire Costello, Sinead Bell, Heidi Knowles (MCIPD), James Lomas , Eve Wasmuth & Beverley Brannick for sharing best practices and actionable insights - a necessary practice to uphold our commitment to being a great place to work. #Inclusion #Innovation #BusinessChange #ChangeAndTransformation #DigitalTransformation
