🌳 Tree Watch—We're heading into mid-October, and the landscape is starting to pop with colour. Trees are now in full transition mode, offering a spectacular display. 🍂 Maples are showing off their vivid reds, 🍂 Rowans flaunt their clusters of scarlet berries. 🍂 Birch trees, with their paper-thin bark, are turning a golden yellow, creating a striking contrast. If you're near a wood, forest, or park, take the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. Don't forget to bring your camera or phone to capture the beauty—the colours won't stay for long. 🐦 Don't forget to watch for wildlife making the most of the harvest: birds feasting on rowan berries and squirrels hoarding their finds for winter. #GreenTaskForce #AutumnInTheUK #TreesAndWildlife #WildlifeLovers #TreeSpotting #WildlifeProtection #EcoFriendly #FallSeason #TreeWatch #NatureLovers #ForestExplorers #OctoberNature #NatureWalks #WildlifeWatch #ConservationEfforts #EvergreenHeroes #CountrysideWalks #EcoWarriors #NaturePhotography #AutumnColours #UKWildlife #SeasonalChanges #AutumnVibes #NovemberNature #HedgerowHabitat #Biodiversity #OutdoorAdventures #SquirrelsAndAcorns #TreesForLife

🧠 World Mental Health Day We believe that talking is one of the most powerful tools we have to deal with what life throws at us. Whether you're struggling or you know someone who might be, talking is the first step towards healing. What can you do today? 💚 Listen without judgment. 💚 Reach out to someone who’s been quiet. 💚 Share your own experiences – it might inspire someone else to talk. 💚 Remind others that they’re not alone. We all face challenges, but we don’t have to face them in silence. Pick up the phone and have a conversation

Don't underestimate the power of conversation. While texts and messages are great, sometimes what we really need is a chat. A real conversation can change everything. Take five minutes next week to call or visit five people you care about. Hearing a voice or seeing a face can make all the difference, especially when it comes to mental health. 📞 Pick up the phone, start a conversation: Ask how they really are. Share a laugh. Listen to what’s not being said. Because checking in is about more than just words on a screen — it’s about connection. Let’s keep the conversation going. 💚 #MentalHealthAwareness #SpeakUp #Check5 #TalkNotText #YouAreNotAlone

Tree Watch | October has arrived, and with it comes the first change of autumn in the trees. If you're out and about, look closer—trees like oaks and beeches are starting their yearly transformation. The deep greens of summer are gradually fading into the warm hues of yellows, oranges, and reds. Trees are now preparing for winter by stopping chlorophyll production, allowing the vibrant pigments underneath to take centre stage. This is the perfect time for an autumn walk in the countryside or city parks. As you stroll, look out for acorns falling from oak trees—squirrels are already busy collecting them, storing them for the winter months ahead. What to look for: 🌳 Leaves turning yellow and orange—especially in oaks and beeches. 🌳 Squirrels gathering acorns and other nuts (bonus points for spotting a red Squirrel) 🐿️. 🌳 Crisp autumn mornings bringing out the best in nature's autumn display.
