Supporting and maximising the potential of young people and adults with disabilities and special needs, their families and the wider community A family business created to provide expert, consistent, bespoke support for individuals with disabilities and special educational needs. Our founder, CEO and Operations Director, Jo Ingram (BA) has over 20 years’ experience and a lifetime of passion for promoting equality, inclusion and independence. A Bespoke Service with a Team Ethos We have a small team who fully support the Grow & Achieve Together culture of promoting independence through identifying the needs of the individual and working collaboratively to develop confidence, skills, strategies, knowledge and understanding to ensure our clients meet their full potential. When they came to work at Chrysalis with us, We had no idea how incredible and resourceful this individual would be. This is an intern who has grown so much, learnt so much and taken us all by storm. He’s been so hard working in fact, that there were days when he did everything way before expected – so we got him supporting the wider business too. He has upgraded our website, developed leaflets and certificates, created spreadsheets and management tools and designed our newsletter every month. Not only this, but he’s had a profound impact on the way we work at Grow & Achieve, and it’s been such a pleasure to see how he has grown in confidence and skillset. We’re very lucky we get to do this and see people thrive. And even more so after hearing the thoughts of this individual, too.
