🌟 Elevating Black Excellence at Barclays 🌟 We're proud to spotlight the powerful work of the Barclays Black Employee Resource Group, a community that’s breaking boundaries and creating impactful spaces for Black talent to thrive. From engaging panel discussions and thought-provoking art exhibitions to educational initiatives, this ERG is on a mission to uplift and showcase Black excellence across Barclays and beyond. Here’s what Maya, one of the ERG members, had to say about its importance: “I think it’s really important to have, or to see people that look like you or may have grown up in a similar environment to you, at work.” Her words remind us why representation is key to building inclusive workplaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered. Together with Barclays we’re committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that Black professionals thrive in every space they occupy. 🔗 Want to learn more about our partnership? Her message was clear: we all have a seat at the table, and by strengthening our network, uplifting each other, and recognising the collective power we hold, we can transform industries. 💪🏽✨ #BlackWomeninTech #CommunityBuilding #Empowerment #Networking #GTABlackWomenInTech
