New CEO at Emmepi Group's latest handling division following the Acquisition of Avanti Conveyors. Italy-based Emmepi Group, the global supplier of materials handling solutions, recently announced the acquisition of UK-based Avanti Conveyors. As the High Peak based team start their new journey within the Emmepi Group family, David Williams is joining as CEO of this latest handling division. David Williams, with his rich experience spanning 35 years in the corrugated machinery industry, will work with the existing management team of Simon Mander and Danos Damianou to fully integrate the team and products of the former Avanti Conveyors company into the Emmepi Group. David will share his time in his newly appointed CEO role alongside continuing as Managing Director of GTS Europe. Emmepi Group Expands its Reach with the Strategic Acquisition of Avanti Conveyors Ltd   Italy-based Emmepi Group, the global supplier of materials handling solutions, has confirmed it recently completed the acquisition of UK-based Avanti Conveyors Ltd.   Emmepi Group says the objective of the acquisition is to further increase its geographic manufacturing footprint, enhancing its ability to offer a totally integrated solution, aligning with the demands of customers globally. Good evening to you all, Having taken delivery of their first GTS Boxstar machine in August 2021, we are proud to have just installed the second at Complete Packaging Midlands Ltd. It shows just how good these machines are, that we are recieving repeat orders. Comments from owner Mark Wight. Having owned short run auto set box makers since I started my business, it took a while for me to place the order for the first machine, as there are many short run machines out there, I wanted the right one and I looked at them all, but, this one stood out, it offered more. It has a feeder that is capable of taking large sheets of board, something others can't do. It can produce all manor of different Fefco styles from stock board in one pass, including 0401 boxes, without needing to cut down to size first, or, any extra tooling. And to top it all off, it has a die-cut unit, great for cutting hand holes. This month we took delivery of our second and what a machine it is. As you can imagine, a lot has changed in two and a half years and it is with no exception with the new machine. One noticeable difference is the speed, it's much faster, also, shallow creasing and gluing, as well as printing and other operational differences. It's been a great choice. It's robust, versatile, quickset, with UK back up and at a great price.
