Team Haesco Ltd supporting a critical power generation client this week. While undertaking inspections on a clients asset in 2023 our Principal Technician observed a defect on another asset and since then we’ve support the client with technical support, supply of new replacement parts and a full regime of inspection, refurbishment, parts replacement and re-commissioning. Now the asset is back to full operational health and ready for safe reliable operation on the 400kV network. Think Hapam, Think Haesco.

Hapam GSSB pantographs now installed on a current Haesco Ltd project. This greener grid connection project came at Haesco Ltd out of the blue, however in less than 7 days we had a team assembled, works underway and within a handful of weeks we’ve taken this project almost to the finish line. We’ve tacked it all, installation of support structures, CT’s, CVT’s, 2 variants of disconnectors, earth switches, post insulators, busbars and more. Haesco Ltd works in the summer sunshine continue apace this week. Not only are we erecting and commissioning 3 Hapam disconnectors and earth switches, we are also installing CT’s, CVT’s, post insulators, busbars, support structures and much more on the 400kV network. Another week and another Hapam disconnector and earth switch maintained and upgraded for a 🇬🇧 Transmission Operator by Haesco Ltd By the end of June alone we will have maintained over 14 disconnectors, 27 earth switches, installed 3 brand new disconnectors and 4 associated earth switches as well as installing a significant amount of support structures, above ground earthing and AIS equipment for a Greener Grid Park 400kV connection. Couple that with the ongoing settings, alignment and mechanical commissioning of another 16 assets and it’s safe to say we will have had a busy month! And it all continues into July…..
