We’re proud to introduce Outland Stout – our take on a classic Irish-style draught stout, brewed right here in Dorset. With stout sales seeing significant growth both in pubs and at home, we recognised the perfect opportunity to introduce our own. To ensure the highest quality, we invested in a nitrogenator and spent months perfecting the brew at our independent, family-owned brewery. What to expect? Our new stout is smooth, dark and creamy with a perfect head and exceptional balance from roasted malts and a touch of caramel sweetness. We recently shared it with guests at Hall & Woodhouse Bath, and their feedback speaks for itself. Outland Stout is now available on draught at Hall and Woodhouse pubs. Pop into your local, give it a try and let us know what you think! #OutlandStout #OutlandBeers #Stout #HallandWoodhouse

We’re thrilled to announce that our new Outland India Pale Lager has hit the shelves of nearly 400 supermarkets nationwide, across selected Sainsbury's and Waitrose & Partners stores. 🎉 A union of two of the most popular styles, a lager and an IPA—our new IPL truly offers the best of both worlds. We’ve combined the clean characteristics of a lager with the hop-forward features of an IPA, in one refreshing beer. The light bodied characteristics of lager and Hallertau hops balance perfectly with the hoppy style of an IPA from a classic combination of Citra and Chinook hops. This in-store launch marks a major milestone in our new product development journey. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making this happen, and to our customers for continuing to support us. #OutlandIndiaPaleLager #NewProductDevelopment #CraftBeer #Sainsburys #Waitrose #Innovation #SupermarketLaunch

Introducing our new Outland Black IPA, a demonstration of our commitment to keep innovating craft beers and continually deliver newness for our customers. Merging dark, roasted malt with the bold, hoppy punch of a classic IPA—our latest launch creates a balance that both surprises and delights. With Centennial dry hopping, expect refreshing bursts of lemony pine, perfectly offset by roasted malt undertones. It’s a beer that delivers complexity and depth while remaining refreshingly drinkable. The launch reflects our commitment to exploring new flavours and diversifying the Outland range. By combining the adventurous spirit of craft brewing with a nod to the traditional, we believe our Black IPA fills a gap for craft beer enthusiasts seeking bold new experiences. Whether paired with a charred flatiron steak or enjoyed on its own, our new IPA offers a #FarFromOrdinary sensory journey. As the craft beer scene continues to evolve, so do we. Introducing beers that celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and quality. The Black IPA is just the beginning of what’s to come. Watch this space… #OutlandBeers #BadgerBrewery #CraftBeer #BlackIPA

Exciting news from the Badger Brewery team, as Badger and Outland have collectively received an impressive eight awards at the World Beer Awards 2024! It goes without saying that without the skill, ambition, teamwork, and dedication of the entire brewery team such accolades wouldn't be possible. For Outland, three of our beers received four awards... West Coast IPA snapped up Bronze in the IPA category for its punchy citrus flavours and powerful hop character. Milk Stout wowed its way to Silver in the Stout & Porter category, offering rich flavours of cocoa, coconut and vanilla. And finally, Ginger Pale Ale (very excitingly) walked away with two awards – Gold and Country Winner in the Flavoured Beer category – for a refreshing, spicy and sweet sipping experience. On a double win for the Outland Ginger Pale, Toby Heasman, Head Brewer, said: “It was especially pleasing to win ‘Country Winner’ for our Ginger Pale Ale, as we only launched the range 18 months ago! Award wins like this validate our decision to move into the craft beer sector, to complement our traditional Premium Bottled and Cask Ales.” For Badger, we also received four awards for four of our beers... Blandford Fly and Cranborne Poacher secured another shining success, both awarded Silver 'Flavoured Beer' for England. While the Fursty Ferret snatched up England Bronze in the 'Pale Beer' category, and Master Stoat has taken Bronze 'Flavoured Beer' for England. On multiple award wins for Badger, Toby said: “We pride ourselves on the quality of our beers and winning awards is always a cause for celebration at Badger." #WorldBeerAwards2024 #WorldBeerAwards #BadgerBeers #OutlandBeers #BadgerBrewery #AwardWinningBeer #CraftBeer

Summer has officially landed in our houses, with this year's Badger and Outland summer seasonals launching over the past few weeks. Badger Citra Sunburst: Light & refreshing with hints of citrus, our 2024 summer cask ale has returned by popular demand this year, sporting a new, refreshed design in-line with our recent Easter seasonal, Equinox. We’ve really leaned into those warm summer vibes that bring guests to our houses, by using trending Citra Hops combined with lager yeast for a uniquely light cask ale that’s perfect for ale or lager drinkers. Outland Tropical Pale Ale: With a juicy hit of mango and vibrant tropical notes, our new brew adds a refreshingly fruity twist to summer sessions. Tropical is a key trending flavour in the craft category and this beer has a vibrant yet refreshing tropical taste that should appeal to a wide range of our guests, from craft to lager. Both beers can be found at the majority of our Hall and Woodhouse houses for a limited-time over the summer months. #HallandWoodhouse #BadgerBeers #OutlandBeer #CaskAle #DraughtBeer #TropicalPaleAle #CitraSunburst
