Nice win for Globe Telecom and Nokia in the run up to #MWC25 here. There's good momentum in network KPIs for fraud and security use cases. What interests me most is the potential convergence with the open source home router ecosystems, #prpl and #RDKB, over time. The B2B telco teams selling network KPIs to banks for fraud and security use cases are currently not talking to their colleagues in B2C teams that are selling home network fraud and security apps to consumers via open source home router platforms. Stakeholders in both ecosystems want to scale up fast. The customers, use cases and business models they’re targeting all overlap. It’s a matter of time before these two ecosystems start to converge in some way.
