Hargrave Succession Partners is pleased to announce three new team members who have joined the Hargrave team for a Private Equity Internship in Autumn/Winter of 2023. Mike Morrow - Mike is pursuing an MBA at the London Business School, class of 2025. Along with his academic programming, he is actively involved in developing the ETA club at LBS. Before moving to the UK for his studies, Mike worked for McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on helping his clients navigate complex M&A transactions. Mike is also an avid runner and a former D1 NCAA Athlete (Track and Field). Luiz Sol – Sol is also reading for his MBA at the London Business School. Sol is interested in learning about deal structuring, valuation, negotiation and due diligence throughout the end-to-end transaction process. Previously, Sol was a Partner and CTO at Pandhora Investimentos, a Brazilian quantitative hedge fund (~US$100M AUM). As an engineer, Sol has impressive technical skills in systems design, data structures, modelling and analysis, and software development. He is also a proven and capable leader. Shanshan Peng - Shanshan is pursuing her master's in financial analysis (MFA) from the London Business School. She is an analytical and rigorous investor who previously interned for Morgan Stanley, OTPP, D.E. Shaw, and Oxbow Capital. Shanshan has experience in traditional equities (fundamental research), equity capital markets, trading and asset allocation, private equity, and investment banking. She completed her BSc in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Hong Kong in December 2022. “I am thrilled to see our team expanding.
