We are thrilled to announce a new Women's Leaders Development Programme in the UK, Ignite, with Harlequins Women and Capgemini. This initiative aims to help women leaders from both Quins and Capgemini to build key skills, advance their careers, and achieve personal growth.   Over the course of sixth months, the programme will have in-person sessions led by experts from both Harlequins Women and Capgemini as well as tailored learning modules and digital training programmes.   This initiative complements Capgemini’s ongoing efforts through the Capgemini Women in Rugby Leadership programme partnership.
