We have been around for over 25 years and now have a team of 50 creative and passionate professionals in 4 offices in 3 countries, UK, USA and UAE.     Harrison. was approached by Jamie Greig, the founder of Energy Saving Bear, previously Our Property Bear to strategically review his brand and proposition, including market positioning, competitors, sector research, points of differentiation and proposition. Jamie, from an engineering background, developed a range of innovative energy monitors that could be linked to a clients’ energy meters, to provide a comprehensive insight into the energy usage designed to assist owners in monitoring consumption 24/7 and energy data needed to make informed investments for long-term financial and environmental sustainability. The original company name, had been a compromise. The client liked ‘bear’ because it was engaging, and implied sustainability and steadfastness. The term ‘property’ was used because that’s where they delivered savings. And ‘our’ was simply an attempt to make it personal for their customers. Crucially, the domain name ourpropertybear.com was available, which sealed the deal. Yet, the name didn’t communicate what they did. Moreover, the company didn’t have clarity of their proposition, their potential clients pain points, who their competitors were, and what made them unique.  Here’s a brief case study outlining how we helped Jamie. Both the internal Highlands team and the Harrison Asia Pacific team have experienced a period of continuous learning and growth. As the in-house Design Director, Harrison has deeply integrated into the company’s culture, offering a unique blend of internal insight and external perspective.     Stephen Owens, CEO and his team at Christie & Co have recently released their business outlook 2024 report for Pubs and Restaurants.  Key highlights include: - 7.2% like for like sales growth in pubs - 3.4% like for like sales growth in restaurants  - Increased consumer sentiment across the sector - The late-night sector continues to struggle, with the growth of the late-night bar, changing social trends and disproportionate impact of the cost-of-living crisis on the student and younger demographic contributing to this.     Our journey with Viet Thai International - VTI Group started in 2020, tasked with evolving the design of both Highlands Coffee® Coffee and PHO24 PHO24. Now, four years later, our Asia Pacific team is fully integrated into their design processes, mentoring their in-house team and refining the G5 concepts. As Design Directors for both brands, we’ve enjoyed exciting collaborations with local design teams, elevating the concepts further. The vision and trust that CEO David Thai has placed in Harrison. is now yielding spectacular architectural and interior design work from the VTI group. The latest Highlands Coffee opening in Da Nang stands as a testament to our collective progress and the promising future ahead.
