This year, we are pleased to have complete pay parity across both gender and ethnicity, so every account executive, account manager, or account director knows they are being paid fairly. While we are also proud to have closed our gender pay gap completely, we know we are still on a journey to close our ethnicity pay gap - with greater senior representation being the clear focus for us. And finally, we'd really encourage any agencies who don't already take part in this reporting to consider it next year.
