Creative Boom asked the industry's top creative leaders to share their best habits for improving mental wellbeing. See what our chief design officer Lorenzo Fruzza, had to say below.
About us
Havas London is Havas UK’s flagship creative agency. Our mission is to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses and people. We’re the only major UK advertising agency to share a single building with every other specialist business in our network, all under a single P&L. Sitting within the Havas Village in King’s Cross affords us some clear advantages; none more so than our ability to build bespoke, multi-discipline teams around our clients, whatever their business need. These are not teams that are together on paper alone, but teams physically, culturally, logistically and financially aligned. This set-up, alongside our partnership with Vivendi and companies including Universal Music Group, Canal+, StudioCanal and Gameloft, allows us to complement – not replicate – our specialisms. Spearheaded by CEO James Fox, Chief Creative Officer Vicki Maguire and Chief Strategy Officer Matt Springate, we work with some of the largest, most influential and most ambitious organisations in the world, including Reckitt, Asda, the Department for Education and Hain Celestial.

''As leaders, it’s vital that we’re authentic. We need to be open, honest and share who we really are, that we’re not rockstars or robotic business brains but, in fact, humans with all the chaotic home lives, raging hormones or common-or-garden failings that everyone else has. '' Our chief creative officer Vicki Maguire, on why we should all be celebrating the noble art of fucking up. Read her full POV via Campaign UK ⬇️

At the start of the year, we proudly introduced adland's first virtual creative advertising apprenticeship - Creative Mastery. Launched in partnership with School of Communication Arts 2.0, Havas and the IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education), Creative Mastery is a first-of-its-kind initiative, which enables people to tap into training, wherever they are based, via mixed reality headsets. With its virtual doors open, and the first cohort of students at Havas Village London enrolled, we asked those involved in Creative Mastery, to share their thoughts on the course. First up is Creative Partner and Global Executive Creative Director at Havas London, Elliot Harris: ‘’ Apprenticeships aren’t only for bricklayers or kids – it's a framework that is focused on the future of work. Creative Mastery was designed to serve the creative industry.’’
