Forget witches and wizards, the real magic this Halloween was bringing home the trophy for Best Employer Brand for our amazing clients RWE at last night's Recruitment Marketing Awards! 🏆✨   We're so proud of the work we've created together throughout this project, so to be up on stage collecting this particular award, really was a special moment for the team ❤️   Of course, the evening was also the perfect opportunity to celebrate all our successfully shortlisted clients, including Enterprise Mobility and Whitbread too, who were nominated across a further 4 categories🏅. A spectacular achievement for a spectacular group of clients. Hi everyone, I’m Caitlin and I joined Havas People as a Project Manager this Summer! 🌞   After graduating from The University of Bath in 2019, I've spent the last few years gaining experience as a Project Manager in the charity sector, where I enjoyed honing my skills in coordinating diverse teams, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful completion. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in project management principles, as well as the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of different clients.   As a Project Manager at Havas People, I'll spend my time collaborating closely with our clients on their briefs - overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, to ensure every detail aligns with the client’s vision.   In my role, I really enjoy the satisfaction that comes with building close working relationships with clients and my colleagues. I find great fulfilment in guiding a project from its initial concept to the final product, ensuring every stage is executed with precision, and seeing the project come to life and exceed client expectations. Last week saw Alison from our New York office and Tara from our Chicago office attend the 2024 Indeed Future Works conference - a two-day event for talent leaders held in Dallas, Texas 🤠 From a welcome party and Indeed product showcase on day 1, to a series of sessions led by top executives from large corporations on day 2, they had a brilliant few days taking in the packed agenda.  With engaging sessions that offered diverse perspectives, prompting attendees to consider different viewpoints, and a few fun activities dotted between them too, it’s safe to say we’re looking forward to the conference returning in 2025 🙌 Thank you Indeed for hosting such a thought-provoking event! #Indeed #TalentLeaders #FutureOfWork
