Over the past year Heckford have been working with Mellors Catering Services to produce new digital content. In late 2023 Heckford won the opportunity to redesign and redevelop the Mellors website and produce imagery and video to initially produce an overview video to Mellors and to produce a rich bank of digital content for future use. In November last year Heckford and Mellors worked together to set up a two-day photography and video shoot across three education sites, with the aim to show off Mellors’ food to its best and capture reactions and opinions from pupils – from Primary, Secondary and Further Education – and Mellors’ staff, both those in the education establishments, and head office. Back at Heckford with over 600 images and 300GB of 4K footage the process of editing and storyboarding began for the Mellors introductory video. The aesthetic that had already been established in the initial designs for the new website was carried forward into the video production. All the footage was recoloured to fit the look and to show off the food to its best, and after working hard with Mellors to finalise the project, the finished video was supplied and sits happily on Mellors’ YouTube channel here: https://lnkd.in/eAqYAh4Z Browse through some of the images below, but be warned – we take no responsibility if you’re feeling hungry afterwards! Heckford recently designed, produced and built Q Hotels’ exhibition stand for The Meeting Show at the ExCel Centre in London. The Meeting Show is the leading exhibition where hundreds of UK and international companies showcase their meetings and events facilities and services. This year’s event ran from 19th – 20th June. Heckford have been a supplier to Q Hotels for a number of years and have produced various exhibition stand layouts and digital services. Once again Heckford supplied a complete visual-to-fabrication service with 3D renders generated to show Q Hotels exactly how their stand would look, and final production and build of the stand. Heckford are thrilled to showcase our latest exhibition build for Fagan & Whalley at Multimodal 24 being hosted at the NEC, Birmingham, 11th - 13th June - the industry's annual meeting place for cargo owners, shippers and other supply chain professionals. Fagan & Whalley was established in 1927. Six generations and over nine decades later, they have a fleet of over 170 vehicles, over 250,000 sq. ft. of warehousing providing cost effective delivery solutions UK-wide and across Europe.   After months of collaboration with Sam Fagan and the team at Fagan and Whalley, the brief was to design, fabricate and install a stunning stand that not only reflected their heritage but also their corporate values and commitment to creating a sustainable future. To kick start the project Heckford produced hand drawn illustrations that allowed Sam and his team to be involved from the very start of the process ensuring that their stand design would be everything they envisaged. After further meetings and discussions, 3D renders were drawn up in our studio to reflect the final layout. The process was then moved across to our dedicated fabrication and print unit for our skilled joiners to construct the stand from traditional timber materials, and to incorporate a 2m x 2.4m lightbox from our exclusive Sego lightbox range, with all the graphics being printed on our state of the art VUTEk h3 printer. We look forward to working with the team at Fagan & Whalley again soon. New signage for Grand National Avenue!  Heckford has recently designed, produced and installed two new signs for the Jockey Club at Aintree Racecourse. Situated on Grand National Avenue at the entrance to Aintree, we've put new 'Welcome to Aintree' and directional signs into place. Printed direct to di-bond on our state-of-the-art VUTEk h3 printer, both signs incorporate interchangeable date/time sliders providing complete flexibility for forthcoming events.
