Help me Fix is a professional service, disguised as a piece of software (not the other way around) that saves money for landlords, increases passive income for agents, reduces workload and stress for property managers, and eliminates waiting times for tenants. It is a piece of technology that sits in between landlords, property managers, tradespeople and tenants that gets the right engineer to the right person quickly and efficiently. Here is a great practical use case of how AI can be combined with video to solve repairs both in and out of hours. In this case as soon as the repair was reported, Aidenn pre-triaged the repair and advised the resident to try and isolate their radiator due to a faulty radiator valve. The resident was then connected to a heating engineer to guide them through the isolation remotely. The result? The radiator was temporarily isolated resuming normal service for the resident, with the right parts recommended for a follow up visit by a qualified engineer.
