Yesterday we hosted an insightful session on neurodiversity led by Dr. James Brown from JBHD Ltd and Seed Talks! It was eye-opening to learn about the different neurotypes and how they impact individuals in the workplace. The discussion covered essential topics, from understanding neurodiverse conditions to the effects of stress on symptoms alongside the importance of support for teams and managers. Let's continue to foster an inclusive environment for all! #HenryBoot #wheregreatplacesstart #neurodiversity #inclusion #workplacewellbeing

Yesterday, we teamed up with Kitlocker.com and headed to the YWCA Peile House in Pitsmoor to volunteer. The team from Kitlocker helped out in the garden, readying the space for the spring. Meanwhile, Emma Larkins, Kate Nelson, DENA MACE, and Chloe Janes sorted all the donated clothing, making sure everything is organised and ready for those in need. #HenryBoot #wheregreatplacesstart #volunteering #communityengagement
