About us

We are a family-owned, independent Estate Agency based in Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on our unique, personalised service and dedication to our valued clients. Started initially as a maintenance company in 2012, we moved to Lettings and Property Management in 2015, and we have offered Sales since 2020. With our hard work, motivation, and dedication to excellent service, we steadily grew organically into residential and commercial lettings. Having covered all the aspects of property management and having managed numerous conversion projects for investors, we know the ins and outs of the property business. Hernik Sales and Lettings' primary asset is the fact that we have our own, in-house maintenance team. This enables us to provide a variety of great value services for our Landlords and contributes to greater Tenants' satisfaction. In addition, we are multilingual which makes the communication with our Tenants more efficient. We are constantly evolving, improving and adapting to the ever-changing property market. • National Wear It Pink Day is not only an important occasion for raising awareness for breast cancer, but it also presents a unique opportunity to make your property stand out in the market. Incorporating pink accents into your home staging can be a creative and meaningful way to attract attention from potential buyers while supporting a great cause. Here’s how you can leverage this special day to enhance your property’s appeal. Start by incorporating subtle pink accents throughout your home. This doesn’t mean overwhelming your space with bright pink but rather using accents that complement your existing décor. Consider adding pink throw pillows, a pink vase, or a soft pink rug in your living areas. These touches can create a welcoming and stylish environment that also aligns with the theme of National Wear It Pink Day. In the kitchen and dining areas, a few pink-themed accessories can make a lovely impact. Think about pink table settings, napkins, or even a pink bowl of fruit as a simple, yet effective way to incorporate the colour. These small additions can make the space feel fresh and inviting without being overpowering. You could even consider a pink floral arrangement as a centrepiece. Fresh flowers in shades of pink can add a touch of elegance and warmth to any room. If fresh flowers are not an option, opt for high-quality artificial arrangements that can look just as appealing. To further tie in with National Wear It Pink Day, create a small display or information board explaining the significance of the day and how your home supports the cause. This can be placed near the entryway or in a visible area of your home. It’s a thoughtful touch that demonstrates your support for breast cancer awareness and engages visitors on a personal level. Make sure to promote your involvement in National Wear It Pink Day through your property listings and marketing materials. Highlight the pink accents you’ve added and mention your support for the cause. This unique aspect can make your property memorable and attract buyers who appreciate both the aesthetic appeal and the meaningful gesture. During viewings, ensure your home is well-prepared and welcoming. Keep the pink accents tastefully integrated and ensure the overall décor feels balanced and harmonious. The goal is to enhance your home’s appeal while celebrating National Wear It Pink Day. Hernik sales and lettings is committed to helping you present your property in the best possible light while supporting important causes. If you need any assistance with staging your home for National Wear It Pink Day or have any questions about showcasing your property, don’t hesitate to reach out.
