We welcome today’s launch of the Enforcement Conduct Board’s (ECB) new standards for modern, fair enforcement to ensure all experiencing enforcement action are treated fairly. We participated in the consultation process and fully support the new standards. For the first time, there are standards for enforcement companies, going beyond enforcement agents, to raise professionalism and reinforce ethical conduct. The standards also cover doorstep conduct and clear communication. There are new requirements for complaint handling which will launch in January 2025. You can read the full details on the ECB website: https://lnkd.in/eBZUuhG7 #Enforcement #ECB #EnforcementConductBoard

How does debt enforcement impact a credit score? As the information in a credit report is used to calculate a credit score, any positive changes, such as a substantial and consistent reduction in debt levels can improve a credit score. Our comprehensive range of High Court and Certificated Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) enforcement solutions will help you collect your money quickly and easily. Directed by the UK’s largest team of authorised High Court Enforcement Officers, we provide professional debt recovery services for businesses that have obtained their own judgments.
