  • We are recruiting for a Senior Development Officer - Employability Hours: 30 hours a week Salary: Starting Salary £29,973.90 The post is a joint commitment between HTSI and the Highland Council and is intended to support strengthening employment outcomes for the people of the Highlands through improving the capacity, scope and influence of third sector employability provision. The postholder will engage actively with local and national third sector providers to understand their strengths and challenges, identify opportunities for and support partnership working across sectors. They will support third sector employability providers with organisational and business development. They will advocate for the sector strategically on relevant partnership boards and working group.     The first of the changes to charity law contained in the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023 came into effect on 1 April 2024.
