Presented here is data from two simple assessments we undertake using our @geratherm.respiratory metabolic cart and body scanner By using the metabolic cart and the principles of indirect calorimetry, we can accurately measure an individual’s REE, which is useful for tailoring nutrition and exercise plans, as well as understanding metabolic health. The baseline body composition scan provides hundreds of data points and measurements, including waist, hips, chest, thighs, and other key areas of the body. The initial scan can then be compared to future scans.
