This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Bradley King, a Senior Technical Advisor at HMT, who has been with us for over 36 years! Bradley started his career in the oil industry in 1988 after graduating from Pitkin High School in Louisiana and quickly made his mark at our Beaumont office. He began as a maintenance employee before transitioning to Product Foreman, a role he held from 1989 to 2009. From there, Bradley served as Seal Superintendent at HMT’s Prairieville office from 2009 to 2014, eventually returning to Beaumont. In 2019, he stepped into his current role as Senior Technical Advisor for Products, overseeing seals, domes, roofs, and other key products that keep our operations running smoothly.   Bradley chose this career because he wanted a stable, long-term job with the opportunity to work with other companies and travel. His passion for problem-solving and teamwork drives him to continue delivering top-notch solutions for our clients.   Outside of work, Bradley’s hobbies have evolved over the years. He once had a strong passion for rodeo and team roping, but these days, he enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time.   Thank you, Bradley, for your dedication and expertise that continue to shape the future of HMT! Our latest Leadership Luncheon took place at our Santa Fe Springs, CA office—We had a productive strategy session to discuss ways to grow our business in the West Region, and the team showed great focus and determination to end the year strong!   The lunch, prepared by our operations team, was a big hit—not just for the delicious food but also for the great turnout and engagement from everyone. It was fantastic to see such a great team, full of questions, curiosity, and a strong desire to build on our #OneHMT culture and make it the best it can be.   Jeff Beck, our Regional Sales Manager for Central and West Coast, reflected on the event, saying, "I was very encouraged by the dedication and commitment to HMT's values. I believe we have the right team in place to turn things around in the West and finish the year strong, setting us up for future success."   We’re excited about what's ahead, especially with two new Business Development hires, Jeff Cranny and Josh Davis, and Jeff’s ongoing work on our strategic plan. The discussions highlighted the need to keep safety as our top priority and to improve how we communicate and share feedback within the team.   There is a lot of potential in the Greater West Region, and we’re ready to build on this momentum!
