Consumer demand continues to grow for increasingly mild cosmetic products that can be applied and left for long periods of time, without concern over irritation or inflammation of the skin. With industry calls for new efficacy tests for mildness, XCellR8 developed XtraMild with funding from British government agency Innovate UK. They tested Holiferm's biosurfactants alongside a range of alternatives and found out that our products are the mildest on the market. It's time to welcome some new Holifermers to the company as we expand and grow once more. Emily Izzard joins us as a Research Assistant. She will be based at our R&D laboratory in Manchester and joins a team full of innovative and novel thinkers pushing the envelope on what can be achieved with biosurfactants. Jack Sene is our new Process Engineering Manager. He will be based at our commercial plant in Wallasey providing process engineering support to our Commercial plant and expansion and leading our pilot plant team. Jack joins a team of experienced pilot plant scientists who are skilled at scaling up technology from lab to pilot to plant.
