The Claims Charter got our Underwriters thinking... 🤔 We were delighted to sign up to the Protection Distributors Group (PDG) Claims Charter this year, promising we’d meet their best practice standards. The group set out 9 criteria for us to meet, to make sure that customers get a high-quality claims experience.
