A recent study assessing the reproductive capacity of mussels grown in hatcheries found that homeopathy significantly improved the quality and production of sex cells. This was achieved by increasing energy storage in all tissues of the mussels, but especially in the gonads where sexual maturation was enhanced. These findings are particularly important in the context of species depletion due to intensive fishing as faster and higher-quality reproduction may help replenish populations more efficiently as well as provide a more sustainable seafood resource: https://lnkd.in/eaRiGjYQ

This synopsis summarises the findings of a recent laboratory-based experimental study that investigated the effects of homeopathic medicines on plants "stressed" (mildly poisoned) by arsenic. This study is particularly significant because it replicates an earlier study by Jäger et al. (2010), thereby increasing the reliability of the original findings. The replication further reduces the likelihood that the results occurred by chance and provides additional scientific evidence that homeopathic medicines exert specific biological effects beyond those of a placebo: https://lnkd.in/eR52qdGX
