That's what keeps us going." – Richard Haggarty, Castlefield Recruitment. Their journey takes them: 📍 Past traditional nomad camps 📍 Across rocky plateaus 📍 To the magnificent dunes of Chegaga Tonight, they’ll be in the freezing cold and have endless blisters! However, they'll watch the sunset over endless red dunes stretching towards the Algerian border. While it's their toughest day, it promises to be unforgettable! Driving Cancer Care Forward
About us
Hope for Tomorrow is a dedicated charity, bringing cancer care closer to patients via our mobile cancer care units. As a cancer charity, we understand that time is a crucial factor for patients, and in 2007 we launched the world’s first ever mobile cancer care unit to bring vital cancer care closer to patients, enabling them to spend more time with family, friends and loved ones. We develop, build, provide and maintain mobile cancer care units to support patients who are going through cancer treatment by alleviating the stresses and strains of travelling for appointments, along with reducing hospital waiting times.

Thank you, MBP, for hosting us at the spectacular RAC Club, Pall Mall last night. Charity Chief Executive Tina Seymour and our High Value Partnerships Manager Emma Bowles were delighted to attend the esteemed evening. What a privilege to celebrate Jake Hill's 2024 BTCC Championship victory and see the winning car up close! It was a wonderful evening of connection and conversation in such historic surroundings. A special thank you to Mark Blundell and the MBP community for your continued support and consideration of Hope for Tomorrow. #MBPartners #DrivingCancerCareForward #MBMotorsport #BTCC #CharitySupport

As a cancer charity committed to bringing mobile cancer services closer to patients, your donations make all the difference. We’ve put together a handy breakdown of what a donation of £5, £10 and £15 can pay for. A regular £5 donation could pay for one person to have their PICC line (peripherally inserted central catheter) cleaned on board. This is essential to prevent infection. Your regular donations meant that last year, 26,760 patient visits took place on board our units, and with your help, we can reach more patients in more communities across the country. By making a regular donation you’ll be helping us plan for the future and Giving Hope to more cancer patients. Our Partners Day – a day when NHS Trust partners and those interested in becoming partners was a huge success! We’re thrilled that so many people, staff and consultants could come along and join us for such an important event. The NHS Trusts we partner with go above and beyond for their patients, colleagues, and our mobile cancer care units and we’re really grateful for all the support. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us for an insightful day of reflection and recognition on how far we’ve come and how far we are moving forward with our innovative 24-29 strategy. Thanks goes to Airedale NHS Foundation Trust , Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Northwest Children’s Operational Delivery Network, Northern Health and Social Care Trust, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, THOR Photomedicine Ltd, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance and Dartford and Gravesham Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Elaine Warwicker from Tandem Consultancy for facilitating the event. Last but by no means least, a thank you goes to the wonderful team at MRG Systems Ltd for letting us use their stools during the interviews! As a cancer charity we receive no government funding, and we therefore rely on generous donations from the public, corporate sponsorship and trusts or foundations to continue working on delivering cancer care in partnership with NHS Trusts across the country. #DrivingCancerCareForward #CancerCharity #CancerCare

His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent, GCVO, joined us on Wednesday, 9th October 2024 for an inspiring Hope for Tomorrow event at the Honourable Artillery Company in London. The afternoon was an opportunity to highlight the importance of bringing cancer care closer to patients, who experience lengthy, uncomfortable journeys to their nearest hospital, and in easing the pressure on over-capacitated NHS trusts. Prince Michael and our VIP guests had the opportunity to step onboard one of our mobile cancer care units, gaining a greater understanding of our work. We were also able to share our exciting vision for expanding mobile solutions and pioneering innovative cancer care in communities. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to HRH Prince Michael for his continued support of our charity, and to all attendees for making this event a resounding success.
