🎃 We’re delighted to announce the winners of Foxfields' Charity Pumpkin Carving Competition! The winning entries crafted by our talented young people are: 🏆 Beetlejuice, Horizon Residential Services 🏆 The Cat, Education Services 🏆 The Minion, Horizon Supported Accommodation Services Well done! We also want to extend a big thank you to every young person who participated. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and hard work have made this competition a tremendous success. Special thanks go to Penelope Haslam, Residential Manager at Foxfields Children’s Home, and Gemma Waddington, Regional Operations Manager, for their fantastic support in running this competition. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Amanda Cunningham, CEO, for her invaluable support in judging the entries and championing this competition to bring our divisions together this Halloween. Amanda played a central role in bringing this event to life, working closely with Penelope and Gemma to raise vital funds for a cause very close to our hearts. Happy Halloween 🎃 This year young people across our homes, schools and supported accommodation services took part in our Pumpkin Carving Competition organised by Foxfields Children's Home. We think all the entries are fantastic and we cant wait to announce the winners on Bonfire night! 🎆 All funds raised will go to the Children’s Heart Federation, a children's charity close to our hearts, inspired by the Foxfields Family. Horizon will also match fund any money raised to double their impact. This cause means a lot to us, as we stand together not only in supporting our young people but also in raising awareness and helping families facing heart-related challenges. Wow! October was an incredible month for us, marked by the official openings of Grove Road School, Bushbury School, and Tipton Green College! We are deeply grateful to everyone who played a role in bringing these schools to life. From site visits, project meetings, and registration processes to furniture assembly, painting, and construction, each detail was thoughtfully executed to create inspiring spaces where young people can thrive and receive the education they deserve.
