Two HP100 submersible pumps have recently been completed for a customer in the UK and are destined for overseas projects. These pumps will soon be utilised for underwater pipeline pressure testing. Each pump features a hydraulic drive and will be packaged with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). Performance of 12lpm at 1400bar to be used up to 3,000 meters. We recently supplied our dealer in Italy, JETBLAST s.r.l. , with a bareshaft UB30 pump - 24lpm at 2800bar. They have now packaged this pump locally for one of their Italian customers. The fully enclosed road trailer features a tier 5 engine and is equipped with an electric gun with remote pressure control. The unique SAE engine housing available on all Hughes Pumps simplifies the packaging process, ensuring perfect alignment and eliminating any torsion from the base frame. This pump will be used for Hydrotesting Application. This powerful 1000 bar Hughes pump is powered by a JCB diesel engine and boasts an impressive flow rate of 23 lpm. FEATURES OF HP65 PUMP   •431 stainless steel pump head • Solid ceramic/hard coated stainless-steel plungers & self adjusting seals • In-line valve arrangement for maximum efficiency & prevents the adverse effects of cyclic stress in the pumphead. • Interchangeable plunger kits • Hardened, alloy steel crankshaft with heavy duty roller and steel backed white metal main bearings, supported between each connecting rod • SG iron crankcase with splash lubrication and oil cooling • Forged connecting rods with low friction, shell type big end bearings and lead bronze lined small end bushes • Gear driven, eliminating the need for belt drive • Pressure gauge • Safety valve or burst disc • Outstanding seal, plunger & valve Life.
