We have just finished constructing the gateway retail/leisure building to our 360,000 sqft industrial development at Lune Business Park, Lancaster. We were very keen to do something a little different to your ordinary shed in this prominent position with feature glazing, stonework & cladding. The building forms part of Phase 1 which is now nearly fully let to a variety of occupiers and we are delighted with the community being created on this once desolate site. The final 5,000 sqft retail/leisure unit is now available for rent, adjacent a brand new gym facility and with fantastic frontage opposite the site entrance and new bus stop with an upcoming bus service to and from Lancaster City Centre. We are looking forward to getting back on site for Phase 2 next year.
