Get off zoom and get in the room! - Our in-person communication workshop success🎉 Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of delivering an in-person communication workshop Caplin Systems that was packed with content, practical tips, and opportunities to connect! From grads who had only been with the company for 2 weeks, to someone who’d been there for 9 years, we had a diverse range of experience in the room – all keen to improve their communication skills at work. We covered: 🔹 The fundamentals of professional communication 🔹 Finding your voice and building confidence 🔹 Flexing your communication style to work with others 🔹 Giving and receiving feedback We even squeezed in time to get a little comfortable presenting to each other and getting ok with peer feedback—because what’s a comms workshop without some real-life practice? 😅 What made the session extra special? The wonderful feedback from the participants! One said, "So much more engaging and interesting than other sessions I’ve been to, thanks to Hustle House and their fantastic energy." 💬 Remote work is great, but there’s something awesome about coming together in person.
