Hyjan Investments is a privately funded research led property company who specialise in the purchase of residential and commercial property across the UK. Our appetite is for unmodernised or dilapidated residential properties and vacant or tenanted retail property within our commercial department. We will also consider acquiring whole portfolios of distressed properties. Our underlying ability in both markets stems from our professional expertise, industry knowledge and our ability to perform in any market condition. As well as, helping to bring new (old) property back on to the open market, which will ease the shortage of properties currently on the market. Empty homes can be a huge cause of concern for local residents, as empty properties can be targeted by squatters, vandals and can become a breeding ground for vermin and invasive plants. As such, we created a website, that enables members of the public to be rewarded for properties that they report to us, that meet our terms and conditions. This creates a proactive environment to tackle the empty homes crisis and bring housing stock back into the open market.

Investing in rental properties, isn't always about the "wow factor". When buying lower value stock, it's about knowing how to cost affectively improve the rentability of your properties, without wasting money on vanity/flashy things, that ultimately wont make any difference to the rental income achieved. It may not be "sexy", but we sure like it! Of course in high value areas a luxury kitchen and bathroom is essential, but not everywhere. People want decent living spaces, clean homes, energy efficient and working equipment.
