From this to this all in one day at Alperton Bus Depot for Telford Homes showing the advantages of using our prefabricated SKID's.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been successful in securing the Mechanical and Public Health package on Phase 1 of the Icon Project in Stevenage for Hill Group UK. This phase consists of 316 units across 4 blocks with a central energy centre serving all blocks on both phase 1 and phase 2. Well done to all of the pre-construction team for their work on securing this project and we are looking forward to getting started on site in the coming weeks.

Another exciting announcement for I-MEX (M&E) Ltd: We have recently secured the mechanical package for Kidbrooke Park Road Phase 2 working alongside Durkan once again. We are very excited to get started on this 330 unit development as we approach the conclusion of Phase 1’s 122 units & Energy Centre and look forward to another successful delivery.  

We are thrilled to announce that we have been successful in securing the mechanical package on John Street in Plaistow for Higgins Partnerships. This is a Passivhaus project that consists of a mix of 70 flats and town houses split across 3 blocks and continues our longstanding relationship with Higgins.
