Ice Cubed Commercial Finance is a property focused Independent Commercial Finance Broker based in North Yorkshire with a strong London presence. Our primary expertise is in the Property sector with a wealth of experience in development finance, short term lending (bridging), commercial mortgage finance for owner occupiers and investors and commercial property finance within Pension schemes as well as buy to lets mortgages for portfolio landlords and limited companies. We have access to over 150 lenders across the market and can provide advice and introduce finance in all sectors of property finance including Commercial Property, Residential Portfolio Investment and Property Development. We are also able to arrange Business Finance (secured and unsecured) and Asset Finance to help support our property clients. We have specific experience in most property sectors including: Residential Commercial Industrial Hotels/Leisure Licensed Premises Agricultural Development Land (pre and post planning) As an appointed representative of AFS Compliance Limited and a Franchisee of Synergy Commercial Finance we have access to lenders and lending terms not available to other brokers or individuals.   • Case Study spotlight: development exit loan success 🔑 Shepley, Huddersfield 📍 We’re excited to share our latest case study with Yorkshire Country Properties, now Vibley Living, in Shepley, Huddersfield. A project we’re really proud of.
