Case Study spotlight: development exit loan success 🔑 Shepley, Huddersfield 📍 We’re excited to share our latest case study with Yorkshire Country Properties, now Vibley Living, in Shepley, Huddersfield. A project we’re really proud of. With 25 out of 30 units sold, we refinanced the remaining 5, all completed in just under 4 weeks! 🏡 The challenge: the client wanted to pull out profits to move on to their next project without waiting for those final units to sell. 🏡 The solution: we refinanced the 5 remaining units, allowing them to repay their development debt and reinvest that profit into their next scheme. The entire process was completed in just under 4 weeks, leaving the client thrilled with the outcome! Speeding into Q4 at ICE3 Group! 🚀 Wow, the year has flown by. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, especially with the slow start due to rising interest rates. But as we head into Q4, things are picking up. 💪 Adapting to change: while interest rates remain a challenge, we’re seeing developers adjust, fine-tuning their projects to still achieve profitability.🔄 Unexpected momentum: August and September have been unexpectedly busy, and we’re expecting an even busier final quarter! From renovations and refurbishments to ground-up developments, the market is buzzing again.📈 🎉What’s ahead: we’re seeing a lot of movement in bridging loans as developers prepare for new projects. Heading into 2025, we’re excited to help bring more homes to the market and continue supporting builders and developers. Q4 is shaping up to be a strong finish! 🏡
