A droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (ddPCR) test was recently developed and validated by ICON to evaluate the ratio of unmethylated to total target sequence (U/U+M) in ccfDNA isolated from K2EDTA whole blood (WB/K2EDTA) plasma.
