  • On behalf of the IDSc we are very sad to hear the of the passing of Wayne Spencer. Wayne was a welcome supporter of the IDSc. Wayne's passion for the Decontamination industry was key to development of improving standards within the Decontamination Health care community. Wayne has held senior roles in the Department of Health and then went on to run his own successful Authorised Engineer in Decontamination service. Thank you, Wayne, for all your support and knowledge you will be greatly missed! Our deepest condolence goes to Paula and family at this difficult time.

This time they were hosted by Getinge at the new Derby HQ. Getinge demonstrated their new factory with in house decontamination chemical manufacturing and presented their new product the Poladus low temp steriliser.
