Its core product offers AI-powered, therapist-delivered, digital cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). With a growing network of 600 fully qualified therapists, ieso serves more than 20 million adults through the UK National Health Service (NHS). Let's normalize workplace conversations about menopause 👏    Did you know ❕ 3.5 million women in UK have considered quitting jobs due to menopause and menstrual health symptoms. ❕ Almost 9 in 10 women want their employer to be more supportive about women’s health. Having open conversations about menopause at work helps women feel seen and heard - and helps colleagues understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that so many women face during this time. #worldmenopauseday #menopauseintheworkplace

❓ Question, can we ever trust #AI to be #safe and #effective?    This is the big question we’ll be discussing in Part 2 of our webinar series - Demystifying AI in #mentalhealthcare     The use of automated algorithms in healthcare is rightly raising lots of questions.
There have been examples of bad practice in terms of sharing personal healthcare data, as well as people not being given clarity about the extent to which AI is being used in their treatment. Our panel of industry experts and academic researchers explore:    ❔ How do we navigate the use of personal data and keep it safe?  ❔ How do we protect against AI tools saying and doing the wrong things? ❔ And what guard rails are in place?  ❔ How do we build trust in healthcare that involves elements of AI?    🖱 Click to sign-up: www.iesogroup.com/webinar 📌 24 October, 4-5pm BST

The theme of this #WorldMentalHealthDay is prioritizing mental health in the workplace. Not just today, but every day. One-third of the average person’s life is spent at work. Work impacts mental health, and vice versa. Around the world, millions of workers suffer from work-related stress, depression, and anxiety. Some face mental health battles in their personal life that follow them into the workplace. The impacts can affect productivity, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and more. If you’re struggling with your mental health at work, reach out to HR or your manager. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone at work, chat with a friend or family member about the challenges you’re facing instead. #WMHD24
