    ✨Celebrating Global Business Analysis Day 2024 in Reading! ✨ Let’s close this week with warm memories from the Global BA Day celebration🎉 On November 1st, in honor of Global BA Day, IIBA UK hosted a memorable in-person event at Crosfields School, Reading. At the event, renowned Agile expert Lynda Girvan delivered an insightful presentation titled “So, You Think You Know Use Cases?” to an enthusiastic audience. With over 25 years in business analysis and agile transformation, Lynda shared her unique insights, leaving our attendees with actionable strategies to enhance their BA practices. Here are some of the key takeaways from the session: 1. A refreshed perspective on use cases via the new Use Case Foundation, making it simpler for BAs to integrate them effectively alongside user stories. 2. Clarity on the differences between use cases and user stories, and the importance of using each where they bring the most value. 3. Practical strategies to help use cases and user stories work hand-in-hand, driving agile delivery and maintaining critical context across scaled projects. 🎉This event was a success thanks to the incredible and tireless efforts of Orla Desmond, who organised and coordinated every detail beautifully.
