Studio Spotlight - Markos Kay & Latent Spaces I've been following Marcos since his days as Creative Director at Future Deluxe. His work is nothing short of exquisite, other worldly Marcos describes himself as a multidisciplinary artist and director, with a focus on the intersection of art, science, and generative art. His experiments often explore the complexity and capture the beauty of the invisible and mysterious worlds of molecular biology and particle physics. His latest project “Latent Spaces” is an Immersive Exploration of Artificial Intelligence and Humanity's Collective Unconscious. Hello London! Opening this Saturday 14 October at Illusionaries in Canary Wharf is LATENT SPACES by Markos Kay. I created the sound and music for this incredible installation, which is a meditative exploration of our collective unconscious through the eyes of artificial intelligence. The immersive exploration takes audiences on a journey through four distinct and captivating spaces within Illusionaries. Each explores a different narrative of the relationship between artificial intelligence and humanity’s collective unconscious as part of 'Latent Spaces,' blurring the lines between reality and simulation. Markos Kay’s breathtaking visuals are a collage of refined artworks designed through two decades of experimenting with generative art, which will be presented to the public for the first time in an immersive format.

The intermingling of art + technology has grown increasingly prevalent, bringing forth a new wave of art tech.
