New work alert 🚨 Our retail execution for adidas X PEACHY DEN was influenced by strong, independent 20th Century women. It put a period lens on Peachy Den’s cult Brit girl style, and adidas’ connection to the eras. Retro furniture, fixtures and artefacts captured the vibrancy of the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s. A wall carpet drenched the room with colour and separated shopping and dwell zones.   Alongside the commercial area, we designed a customisation space, exhibited reworked adidas pieces and curated display cases sharing the creative process. From books and magazines to uniquely branded moments, an opening party and Vogue shoot, the whole experience captured the partnership’s spirit. 📽@itsmykool 🤝Production partner Kokoon Ltd

Last month we celebrated the iconic SL 72 following Paris fashion week, transforming the adidas Paris Flagship store with a launch zone take over and two-day activation where we invited customers and influencers to elevate their style, explore customisations and celebrate the essence of Paris through inspiring displays and a series of always on activations in-store. The space encouraged attendees to embrace their unique style and celebrate others'. Our client partnerships are so much more than the work we do. The IMA team recently joined forces with a team from Yorkshire Building Society in a volunteering day at FareShare UK, the UK’s biggest charity redistributing food.   All IMA colleagues have the opportunity to take volunteering days each year and we really enjoyed having the chance to spend time with the YBS team out of the office, doing something to support our local community.   In addition to the volunteering time, IMA donated £16,000 to FareShare, which will be ringfenced to support the charities operations in Yorkshire. Recent work for adidas and Aston Villa Football Club: a 10,000 sq. ft megastore marking the first partnership between club and brand, and Villa’s 150th birthday.   We wanted to create a space for Villa fans, celebrating the club they see. Not so much another stadium shop, more a destination to explore and come back to filled with curated moments and a design language intended to express Villa’s identity, heritage and place in culture — at all times. From creative concept to environmental design, storytelling, HX and production, this was an IMA Experience project from start to finish. 📸Stuart Bailey
