    Our European Tour team were on the ground, at the BMW PGA Championship, delivering a 100% hydrogen-powered outside broadcast of the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth. The only emissions? Drinkable water.     We’re incredibly proud to spotlight the challenges and triumphs women in our industry face as they navigate their careers while managing fertility, raising families, and taking on other caregiving responsibilities. Earlier this week, we partnered with the Women’s Sport Collective to host a safe and supportive space for women in sports to come together, share their personal journeys, and engage in an intimate panel discussion followed by insightful roundtable conversations. A huge thank you to our inspiring panelists: Jacqui Oatley MBE, Jenny Mitton, Claire Parnell, Natalie Justice-Dearn (She/her), Serena Lloyd-Smith and Michaela MacIntyre. Hosted by IMG’s Hannah Dewar, the panel spoke with honesty and openness on topics ranging from company maternity policies and paternity leave, to experiences with IVF, miscarriage, egg freezing, and adoption. Following the panel, we encouraged transparent conversations and discussion among attendees, further creating a supportive network of women committed to helping each other thrive both in their careers and personal family lives. Here at IMG, we are dedicated to using these insights to advocate for better policies in the industry, ensuring that we learn from the information shared so we can support women to successfully balance building both a career and a family.
