🚨 Big Update for Junior Doctors in the UK! 🚨 The BMA’s Junior Doctors Committee has accepted the Government’s latest pay offer, with 66% of junior doctors voting in favour. Since October 2022, junior doctors have taken 44 days of strike action, leading to major changes in their pay and working conditions. Key Updates: 💷 Pay Uplift: Over two years, doctors will see a 22.3% pay increase. For 2023/24, an extra 4.05% will be added to the previously awarded 8.8%.
