To mark this milestone, I had the privilege of gathering our teams in London to unveil our business plan for the next five years, along with our refreshed vision and mission. 🌍 Our Vision: To become the world’s largest specialist construction search group. 💡 How? By delivering the best experience our customers and clients have ever had with a recruiter, and empowering our employees with a platform to transform their lives. Here are some of our key achievements so far this year: 🚀 60% YoY revenue growth 🏅 Placements in 38 U.S. states 💰 £55,000 average commission per employee 📈 Launched our first subsidiary, CMC Partners, tracking for £3,000,000 revenue in its first year 💼 6 consultants achieving £100K+ revenue months & 45 consultants achieving a monthly revenue of £50,000 - £90,000. 🚀 35 graduate consultants hired and trained from scratch - we don't hire experience! But what excites me the most? We’re just getting started.
