🌟 Exciting Announcement 🌟 I founded Inclucive to drive meaningful change. Our mission? To cultivate inclusive cultures within organisations, fostering environments where individuals from marginalised backgrounds can thrive authentically. Many of you already know me and understand my unwavering pride in my heritage. As a British-born individual of Nigerian and Trinidadian descent, I am a proud black woman leveraging my platform to ignite change. Every day, I'm committed to expanding the circle of allies and accomplices because their voices are crucial in effecting positive transformations. I recognise the challenges that individuals like myself encounter in navigating the corporate landscape. Hence, I collaborate closely with organisations, championing Awareness, Education, and Action. While I typically refrain from talking about the positive feedback I receive, I've decided it's time to change that. So, here I am, sharing the impact Inclucive is making. If your organisation is seeking passionate consultancy services centred on Allyship and Anti-Racism, consider partnering with a black-owned consultancy like mine. By doing so, you're not just embracing change – you're initiating it. Let's embark on this journey together towards a more inclusive future. Reach out today, and let's make a difference, one step at a time. #InclusiveCulture #DiversityandInclusion #Allyship #AntiRacism #ChangeMakers #BlackOwnedBusiness #Consultancy #InclusionMatters

Day 18: Support Black Creators & Consultants 🧠🎨🎶 Let's amplify Black voices and celebrate their incredible contributions across various fields! Follow, engage with, and support Black artists, musicians, creators, and Diversity Consultants. Share their work, leave thoughtful comments, hire them for your projects, and recommend their services to others. Whether they're creating art that inspires, music that moves, content that informs, or offering expert advice that elevates businesses, Black professionals deserve our recognition and support. Let's ensure they get it, not just during Black History Month, but all year round. #BlackHistoryMonth #SupportBlackCreatives #SupportBlackConsultants #AmplifyBlackVoices

Day 17: Call Out Performative Allyship 📢 It's easy to get caught up in the optics of allyship, but true change requires more than just words or gestures. Speak out against performative allyship when you see it. Authentic allyship is about consistent action, not fleeting trends. It's about using your privilege to amplify marginalized voices and actively challenge systems of inequality. #BlackHistoryMonth #AuthenticAllyship #ActionOverWords

Black History Month 2024: Day 16 - Sharing Educational Resources In the spirit of Black History Month, today I'm focusing on sharing educational resources. I highly recommend "Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race" by Reni Eddo-Lodge. This powerful book delves into the complexities of race in Britain and offers valuable insights for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of systemic racism and allyship. share this post with a person in your network who could benefit from reading this book. #BlackHistoryMonth #Education #Allyship #AntiRacism

Day 15: Allyship Beyond October Black History Month is a powerful reminder of the contributions and struggles of Black communities. But our commitment to equity and justice shouldn't end when the month does. True allyship means continuous action. Let's commit to supporting Black communities year-round by: Educating ourselves: Continue learning about Black history, culture, and current issues. Amplifying Black voices: Share their stories, support their businesses, and advocate for their rights. Challenging injustice: Speak out against racism and discrimination whenever we see it. Let's make every month Black History Month by striving for a more just and equitable world for all. #BlackHistoryMonth #Allyship #Equality #ContinuousAction

Day 11 Speak Up in Meetings In meetings, everyone deserves to be heard. If you notice the voices of Black colleagues being overshadowed, take a step back and create space for them to contribute. Elevating diverse perspectives strengthens decision-making and builds inclusive workplaces. Let’s be intentional about amplifying Black voices, not just during Black History Month, but all year round. Together, we can foster environments where everyone feels valued and empowered to speak up. #BlackHistoryMonth #InclusiveWorkplaces #AmplifyBlackVoices #AllyshipInAction
