Inclusive Boards is an agency set up specifically to support organisations in efforts to develop boards that are more diverse, inclusive organisations, and stronger governance structures. Our services include executive search, diversity training, and advisory. We are the leading diversity board practice in the UK, guaranteeing the most diverse longlists in the market. Our work cuts across sectors including sport, technology, and UK Plc. We have worked with some of the largest charities in the UK, including Amnesty International, the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) and British Red Cross.
