We require an enthusiastic and talented individual to help us provide first-class customer service in our expanding conveyancing department. The applicant would ideally be a LPC Graduate or have completed the LPC. You will assist with: • Answering the phone; • Opening files, verifying client ID and drafting engagement letters; • Liaising with clients; • Assisting a fee earner with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; • Assisting with report preparation; • Commissioning searches; • Downloading documents from the Land Registry; • Post completion tasks; • Transaction progression and problem solving. There will be opportunity for the successful applicant to apply for a training contract at the Firm.
