I have 3 productivity tips to keep you focused: 📱 Put away your mobile - It’s so easy to be distracted by the constant pinging notifications. Most mobiles now have a cool function where you can set "focus times" where all notifications are muted, and you can also limit your time on certain apps. Why not give it a try? 📖 Sunday Planning - As busy working mums, we are constantly thinking about what needs to be done. Set aside an hour on a Sunday evening to make a list of the week's tasks. Then number them between 1-5 with 1 being the highest priority. Breaking tasks into chunks like this can make it seem more manageable and gives you a great sense of achievement once they're done! 🌙 Evening Prep - If your house is anything like mine, mornings can be a crazy hive of activity! Trying to get everyone dressed and out of the door on time sometimes feels like an impossible task. I like to prepare as much as I can the night before, to save my sanity in the mornings. Clothes/uniforms are laid out, school bags are packed and lunches made. Small things like this really make life easier! My clients' biggest fears revealed! 🤫 Here are the top three that I often hear from my clients, and I love being able to help alleviate some of that worry for them. 🥺 One concern I frequently hear is 'too busy to train you'. My suggestion for addressing this issue is to record a video of the task and screen record yourself doing it, so you only have to show me once! 🎥 Another worry often expressed by my customers is 'I can't let it go'. I understand that your business is your baby. My recommendation for overcoming this fear is to start giving me some small tasks, so that in a few weeks, you'll feel completely confident allowing me to step into your inbox and diary, becoming part of your everyday life. 🤦♀️️ However, the most common problem I hear from customers is 'I don't have the budget'. 💸 Just a reminder that using my services is an investment, adding value to your business and freeing up your time. And sometimes, 'Alexa' becomes your best friend when the days get long and lonely. 😅📱 It's been a learning curve, but I've learned to trust my instincts, set clear boundaries, and never compromise on my worth.
