We're proud to have the support of ARPA-E!
Inlyte Energy is developing grid-scale batteries from Earth abundant materials through ARPA-E’s SEED Exploratory Topic. Program Director Dr. Philseok Kim recently joined them at their facilities in San Leandro, California, where they’re enhancing the cyclability of sodium metal halide batteries made from table salt and iron, ensuring safe, efficient, and long-lasting grid storage solutions. #ARPAEontheRoad

For us battery nerds:
Some Friday afternoon fun… Turkey’s badass 51 yo Yusuf Dikec, won Olympic silver in air pistol without all the Terminator-esque wraparound gear. Inlyte is developing Iron + Sodium battery modules that are safe, durable, and all-climate, eliminating expensive enclosures and thermal management systems for energy storage projects. (h/t to my son Jonas for the support)
