To celebrate UK Sausage Week 🇬🇧 , our IFI team participated in a sausage-making masterclass led by our Key Account Manager Peter Rushforth. The team learned how to prepare and create the perfect sausages, opting to craft two unique flavours: Arthur Pipkin's Firecracker and Basil & Sun-Dried Tomato. During a lively team-building event, participants had the opportunity to craft their own sausages while learning to operate a manual sausage machine and link the sausages together. The tasting session was a success, providing the team with an enjoyable opportunity to learn, create, and savour their own handcrafted sausages!

September Recap: Another Month of Excitement at IFI! 🌟 Here’s a glimpse of the September highlights, We had the pleasure of welcoming Rishi Ramdas, a Business Economics Student from Lancaster University who has joined team IFI on a one year placement! The Christmas 2024 range was launched, and our brand-new festive brochures arrived 🎅! We celebrated our Business Apprentice Kai’s 18th birthday 🎈, with plenty of cheer and treats! Our Key Account Manager Peter Rushforth had another busy month connecting with valued customers. He had a trip up to Scotland and had the pleasure of presenting at the Scottish Craft Butchers regional meetings. We look forward to seeing what October has in store 🎃!

August Recap: A Thrilling Month at IFI! 🌟 We kicked off the month by hosting our first in-house demo for some of the fantastic team at J McRobb's High Class Family Butchers Ltd. The demonstration was both engaging and informative, showcasing the flexibility and profitability of our innovative value-added ingredients. We’re excited to welcome Paul King to the IFI team! He kicked off his journey by joining Paul Graham from VAW Sales on his daily delivery rounds, where he had the opportunity to meet and connect with some of our valued customers. Annabella Esposito and Peter Rushforth meticulously prepared and photographed a variety of content for our upcoming Christmas 2024 collection. The IFI team conducted tasting sessions and engaged in discussions on potential new product developments for 2025, while also evaluating both existing and new ingredients. August has been a whirlwind of creativity, growth, and collaboration.

Earlier this week, we were honored to host a group of our valued customers on a journey to Osnabrück, Germany, where we were welcomed by our partners, AVO! Not only did we have the incredible opportunity to visit the outstanding AVO HQ! We had a guided tour, and had the chance to explore some new concepts for the UK butchery industry 🥩! We were also given a special visit to Sostmann, Germany's largest butcher shop, which has been proudly family owned for 186 years. We thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with everyone, and feel privileged to have been in the company of so many knowledgeable and passionate individuals. Here at IFI we strive to do more than just introduce new flavours to the market. Our goal is to ignite a spark of inspiration and transform the way people experience food. This trip has played a significant role in fueling our passion and purpose.
