Our charity of the year is Farleigh Hospice, and this month, we made a special donation to support their incredible work. 🎁 Day 22 | 22 years of leadership It's time to celebrate our very own CEO Douglas O'Neill who has led Inntel for 22 incredible years now! In that time, we've grown a lot, but Douglas has always kept the the family-run feel and people-first culture that his father started when he founded the business 40 years ago. Reflecting on this year, Douglas said: "2024 has been another great year for us, as recognised by the awards we won, the growth of Inntel (20% year on year growth) and the growth of our people through learning and development. 2025 already looks like another great year, we will be investing in our people and our technology, bringing in many new clients, growing our teams, partnering with more great organisations and further enhancing our sustainable credentials."
