I can't believe it's been eight years! This week celebrates 8 years running my CX business. I am not going to lie to you; it's been a bumpy ride with Covid slap bang in the middle of the journey. But as I reflect on what I have learnt, I think I have come a long way. 👉 You need like-minded people around you in order to succeed. 👉 Setting a business up from scratch is something that stretched me professionally, and that's a good thing. 👉 I have learnt to be more adaptable; you can't control everything, so focus on the stuff you can control.
